The Team:
Alex Kuritnik (Co-Owner & CEO) has twenty years experience in the greater Boston area working in the real estate industry. Mr. Kuritnik built his business on a foundation of trust and integrity while maintaining honest, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and clients. He is highly experienced in the fields of construction, property management and tenant relations.
Victoria Kuritnik (Co-Owner & CFO) overseas the primary day-to-day responsibility of planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including forecasting, property management, and investor relations. She provides a leadership role in the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Boris Kuritnik (Broker and Construction Supervisor) started in the industry doing rentals in Brighton and soon moved to selling condos and homes. After joining his parents in 2005 he started learning and practicing more in property management and construction. Currently he helps oversee the operation of the property management and development arms of The Greenville Group.
Seth Peichert (Property Manager) a transplant to New England, helps coordinate the day-to-day logistics of managing the portfolio and contributing to ongoing projects. Currently pursing a Masters of Architecture, Seth is interested in investigating effective, user-friendly design. He is also a huge Baltimore Ravens fan.
Kara Engengro (Assistant Property Manager) has over 4 years of experience working in residential property management. She’s never met a sandwich she didn’t like.
